You can make payments with more than one bank account. You can add as many bank accounts as you’d like. Connecting a new bank account automatically using Plaid doesn't take long, and you only need to do it once for each account you add. All you need is your online banking credentials to connect with Plaid. Plaid is connected to the top 100 banks in the US.

Connect your bank account
1 - Access the bank account setup using one of these methods:
- While making a payment: Create or open a bill or payment and add the vendor and the amount. When asked how to pay, select Bank account. Select the dropdown menu and select + Add account to add another bank account. This will open the Plaid pop-up.
- From settings: Go to Settings > Payment Methods > +Add a bank account or +Add another bank account.
2 - The Plaid pop-up will open. Gusto Bill Pay uses Plaid to safely and securely connect to more than 100 banks in the U.S. Enter your phone number and select Continue. Your phone number is needed for two-factor authentication.
3 - Select Instant to log into your bank to link instantly, then select Continue.
4 - Choose your bank and select Continue to log in. You may need to scroll to find your bank.
5 - Use your bank login credentials to log into your bank account.
6 - You will then be prompted to verify your identity. Complete the verification process.
7 - Select the account you wish to connect and then follow the prompts to connect the account.
You may be prompted to agree to Plaid's terms and conditions to continue.
8 - Your bank account will now be connected. Select Done to return to the payment process.
If your account is synced with accounting software, you’ll be asked to select the matching account in your accounting software. Select it and click Link accounts to continue.
